The Gates of Prosper

The Gates of Prosper is a 475-acre town center being developed by Dallas Cowboy owner, Jerry Jones. Located at the intersection of U.S. Hwy 380 and Preston Road (289), this will be the beginning of major retail developments in this area. The Gates of Prosper will finally bring a variety of shopping and dining experiences to the residents of Prosper. In addition to adding convenience, this will allow Prosper to keep revenue from purchases within the town. Stores and restaurants that are now open include Field & Stream, Dick's Sporting Goods, Walmart, Whataburger, and Chili's, and Texas Roadhouse.  TJMaxx, Ulta, Bath & Body Works, and PetSmart will be opening soon.
