"Heritance Realty Group was very helpful and responsive when I needed to find a replacement rental property for the back end of a Section 1031 Exchange. Ryan Westfall was my specific agent and he was very helpful and available whenever I wished to go preview properties. He also did research on rental rates in various communities to assist with economic analysis of potential replacement properties as well as sending me numerous listings meeting my preferred criteria.
Ultimately I also engaged Silvertop Management to manage the property. Silvertop is owned by Jonathan Roberts who also owns Heritance Realty Group. They found me several renter possibilities fairly quickly which ultimately lead to having a renter ready to sign before I closed on the property. That meant having to wait until I closed on the property before we could sign the rental agreement.

"Jonathan and Jill are one of the best people I have worked with so far in buying and selling. We sold a property within less than two months of listing with them at a time when there was a pandemic panic everywhere. Jonathan worked endlessly with me to follow thru the pricing of the home and eventually, we sold right within our planned budget and price range Jonathan introduced us to.
The best part wasn't over yet. It began when we started our buying journey with him after selling the home. He negotiated with the builder of our choice after we worked our way to the best plan and builder. I was amazed that he exceeded the expectations we had agreed to on the buying side and truly went above and beyond in getting us the best price for our new home.
To add further, they do not forget their client. As a courtesy, they worked with me to figure out the best possible lease option during the build period and helped with a smooth transition from our sold home to our townhouse where we are planning our temporary stay.
Jill and Jonathan still continue to be in touch with us. They are working endlessly to help me figure out a multiple phase inspector for our new build. They keep checking with us every week and are there to answer any email or query I send them which is the absolute best thing I like about working with them. I never have to wait for them to answer my query even if it does not make sense.
I couldn't be prouder of the decision I made of choosing Heritance for our home selling and buying needs and highly recommend them.

"We have moved often and sold five homes, and I wish Jonathan Roberts and his team at the Heritance Realty Group would have been the first realtors we had hired rather than the most recent. Heritance set a new standard and completely opened my mind to what can/should be done to sell a house.Their plan was the most exhaustive and complete I’ve seen – how to reach international buyers, how to engage neighbors and friends and social media to reach our natural market, and how to present the home online and in person in the best possible light. Every option was employed including door-to-door visits with neighbors to let them know when the house would come on the market and to give them details so they could talk with their friends and neighbors.
If you’re looking for a home, The Heritance Group will serve you well, but if you’re selling a home, DON’T sell yourself short and choose someone just because you know them or they are recommended to you by a friend. I would urge you to at least meet with The Heritance Group and learn about their fantastic system for selling a home –especially luxury homes ($1 million +). They will save you thousands of dollars and could shorten your selling period considerably. Again – the average house was selling in 100+ days in our town – ours sold in just four days!"
