We manage properties at many price ranges. With our unique hybrid pricing model, where we charge a low flat monthly fee ($75) plus a percent of the rent collected (2%), no matter where your property is located or what the monthly rent, you pay the same as other owners. We believe it is the fairest pricing model around.
We understand one of the all too common complaints owners make of property management companies: they care about their management fee but not enough about their rental. Well, managing success starts with happy tenants. So, we start at that level too, and truly are business partners. We underpin out management agreements with written service levels. We have a unique business model: centralized operations and we strive to have Property Managers within 30 minutes of each property. We hire and train real estate agents to be your local Property Manager. Back office operations, compliance and program management is conducted in our central office.
We offer programs and service levels and tenant programs to better protect your investment asset and improve the rental experience of your tenant. Many of these are included in our standard services, and others are à la carte so our clients and tenants only pay for what they need.
