NORTHEAST COMMUNITY PARK
The highly anticipated Skate Park at Northeast Community Park is now open. Located at 2985 Honey Grove Drive in Frisco, the city's first skate park is the largest in North Texas. Park hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
Northeast Community Park amenities:
- 47,000-square-foot skate park
- Stairs sets, banks, quarters, rails
- 16 foot wide custom fabricated, perforated metal barrier
- Multi-depth flow bowl with 6 feet tall "tombstone" extension
- 5 feet tall over-vertical "wave" capsule
- Pool with 3.5 feet waterfall between the shallow and deep ends
- Caters to skateboards, bikes, in-line skates, and scooters
- Playground
- Multipurpose fields
- Pavilions
- Pond with Walking Trails
- Cricket Pitches
- Future phases
- Splash pad
- Tennis courts
- Volleyball courts
